During the spring, Emvico and Marine Jet Power (MJP) worked to identify opportunities for improved operational efficiency in the aftermarket process. The work has focused on how digitization can support improved processes related to service and maintenance.
”MJP is a very exciting company based in Uppsala and is one of the global leaders in the manufacture of jet engines. The management knows what they want to achieve to strengthen competitiveness, even more in the future, and we have been able to help tie those ambitions together with an approach. for sustainable and scalable digitization around the aftermarket processes ”, says Fredrik Lundkvist at Emvico.
Emvico and MJP have now started work on phase 1, where the focus is on creating conditions for streamlining MJP’s work in support and incidents and increasing the opportunities to handle proactive service and maintenance in later phases.
